With Clarity was great, the ring looks phenomenal and my Fiance loves it too. We're always getting compliments on it, and when I had an issue with FedEx not recognizing my address they were helpful in remedying the situation. My only issue is the lack of clarity in the process. It was a bit unnerving to spend a thousands of dollars and then not hear anything for a few weeks and then out fo the blue I heard that my order was shipped. The same also applies with the shipping. If J Crew can tell me that my $30 shirt is out for delivery and was delivered, I would hope that With Clarity could sync their system and offer a similar service. I spent four days straight checking the tracking incessantly, and any info from the shipper of WI would have been wildly reassuring in that time. That being said, the product is beautiful and the craftsmanship is fantastic and I am beyond pleased with it and my Fiance like the ring and me enough to say yes.

First let me say what an Amazing experience it was to purchase my Absolutely gorgeous engagement ring from Sade and her team. I had actually purchased a previous ring from a competitor only to be completely disappointed. I returned it and was recommended to go to With Clarity. From start to finish Sade and her team made everything perfect. My ring showed up EARLY and was beyond my expectation! It was the best experience I've ever had dealing was such an expensive purchase. Our experience with With Clarity has been excellent twice, now. This time, staff helped us with questions about mounting the gem into a pendant for a necklace. It arrived within a very reasonable amount of time, given that the pendant was custom made. The diamond appears absolutely flawless to my (admittedly untrained) eyes, and it made a wonderful college graduation gift for our daughter. I will always return to WC first when purchasing diamonds or other gems.

Ordered my girlfriends ring (now fiancé lol). The ring arrived in a little less than a month, and is absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention I saved $1,200 going this route vs buying from the Mall jewelry stores, for the SAME EXACT ring. Would definitely recommend.
