I had such a great experience with Mann Joe (gemologist) at With Clarity. He educated me properly and was really honest with what I requested. Stuck with me and answered all my questions even into the late hours to make sure I was satisfied with all my inquiries. We ended up customizing a setting. I got the CAD drawing fairly quick, and the delivery was quick too. Every step of the process he notified me and kept me updated. The ring looked BREATH TAKING! So impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the ring.
